  1. The personal start of being a native of Alaska made the presentation have a great start. Also the background information on the naming of Denali captured my attention immediately.

The only downside was that this presentation was done after three others had already been shown. There was not anything to differentiate it from the others and this is only a downside because of outside factors, the presentation itself was strong.

  2. I love that you had a personal connection with this, it made it seem more personal than other presentations. The slides were very beautiful and I thought your whole presentation was very well done.

  4. I thought the subject was good, and I am glad you chose something personal. I remember the controversy of the mountain being changed back to Denali, and I honestly thought it was a very respectable decision toward the people around it. You had good info on the people too.

I guess my one criticism would be tying the park, the mountain, and the people surrounding them back to us the audience. You had good info, but I wanted that moment of you being like, "All of you should care about this park because---"

  5. I liked how you brought up your own connection to Alaska. I thought that talking about the people made it so much better. The presentation was strong.

  6. I found this presentation to be very interesting. I enjoyed the topic, and so staying engaged was easy for me. Even though it is something small, I liked the little animations when pictures or text flies onto the slide.

I think the only that would of made it a little better would be a stronger conclusion. Just something to really tie everything together at the end.

  7. I liked the pictures you used, and I thought that the presentation was very interesting. One problem I saw was that the conclusion could have been stronger.

  8. I love Denali. It's so beautiful and I would love to go someday. You touched on a lot of great points, such as the animals the park predominantly protects. It was also cool that you chose it due to your connection to Alaska.

I think overall the presentation was kinda short, and the actual thesis was lost on me, so maybe a more stand-out thesis would have helped here.

  9. I really liked this presentation because one I didn't know anything about this and two because you seemed to have a strong connection with it since it was located in Alaska. Having a connection always helps a presentation. The only thing I thought was missing was you telling us directly why it should be important to us or society.

  10. I really liked your presentation overall! You had a great personal connection to it which always makes your points stronger, I also liked your use of pictures and information.

The only criticism that I can give is that I would liked to see more a clear "big picture" idea, something to tie everything together

  11. I never knew that there were native American tribes still living in national parks. It's interesting to see how they can sustain themselves and still have no negative foot print on the environment.

Constructively, I think that you could have restated your conclusion stronger for us to wrap up.
